Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We accept requests for exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition with tags attached. To start an exchange, just email us at concierge@curated-closet.com with your order details and the item you'd like instead. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping
Currently, we only sell within and ship to the United States.
Once we receive your order, we will process and ship it within 1-2 business days. We ship using UPS ground from our warehouse in New York. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package leaves our warehouse, including tracking information.

Restock
Our capsules are limited and often not restocked. We recommend signing up for updates or following us on socials to be be the first to know about restocks and future drops.

Clothing Care
Our pieces are made from premium materials and deserve a little extra love. Make sure to read the extra details on the product page, and the care label within the piece. We recommend dry cleaning or gently hand washing in cold water when noted. Avoid tumble drying and store your items away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us — we’re happy to help you care for your closet.
